Demonic Dolls, a 5x5 cluster slot that Hacksaw Gaming put out in October 2026, is built around stitched snake wilds called Wild Rattles. They carry multipliers from 2x to 100x, add those values together when they share a win, and merge in pairs into 2x2 and then 3x3 Colossal Wild Rattles. A cluster pays from five touching symbols upwards, the red bow tops the paytable at 500x the bet for sixteen or more, and no win can exceed 10,000x. Hacksaw's own build sits below and needs no registration, deposit or download; it runs the 96.26% version.

A horned, white-haired doll with an axe in its head waits left of the grid and a button-eyed teddy bear holding a pot with a bone in it on the right. Client 1.10.2 loads €5,000.00 of demo balance at €2.00 a spin, and that stake stayed in place for the frames, the clip and the 500-spin log.
Two of a size, then a Respin
A Wild Rattle is a wild for every paying symbol, and it may land with a multiplier: any whole value between 2x and 10x, or 15x, 20x, 25x, 50x or 100x. Several in one cluster add their values before the total is applied, so a 2x and a 9x make 11x, not 18x.

The growth starts when two Wild Rattles of the same size are part of one win. Once every win of that drop has been paid, all Wild Rattles jump to new random squares and the pair fuses into a 2x2 Colossal Wild Rattle whose multiplier is the sum of the two. In the frame above that meant 2x plus 2x: the cluster paid €12.00, four times its €3.00 paytable value, and the Respin put a 4x Colossal on the grid.
Four Wild Rattles in one win give two separate Colossals, one per pair. Respins continue for as long as another same-size pair joins a win, and two 2x2s in the same win fuse into a 3x3. GAME INFO names no size beyond that, and it caps the Wild Rattles that land at 7 per spin with its Respins, counting the ones merged into a Colossal.

The server log answers something the rules leave open. A Wild Rattle without a multiplier adds nothing to the sum: a plain one merged with a 3x gave a 3x Colossal four times (spins 17, 32, 137, 241), and two plain ones gave a plain 2x2.
What makes a Wild Rattle grow from one square to nine?
A Respin. When two Wild Rattles of the same size are in one win, every Wild Rattle moves to a new square and that pair merges into a 2x2 Colossal carrying both multipliers added together. The sequence carries on while a same-size pair joins a win, and two 2x2s merge into a 3x3. One Bad Omens spin we logged went from two 4x Rattles to an 8x 2x2, a second 11x 2x2 and finally a 19x 3x3, paying €1,445.60.
Three Respins that built a 19x Colossal
The clearest example in our data came on spin 105, when four FS symbols opened Bad Omens. Its second free spin, read from the server's answer, climbed every step of the ladder.
- The landing. Two 4x Wild Rattles joined one small win worth €1.60.
- Respin 1. They fused into a 2x2 at 8x, while a new 5x and 6x landed elsewhere on the grid; the drop paid €323.00.
- Respin 2. The 5x and 6x became a second 2x2 at 11x and the 8x moved to new squares: €399.00.
- Respin 3. Both 2x2s were in the same win and merged into a 3x3 at 19x, which paid €722.00.
That one free spin came to €1,445.60, 722.8x the bet, and the other nine added €3.20. Every Rattle that landed in Bad Omens carried 2x or more, as the rules promise for that bonus, and each Respin paid on its own before the next merge.
Ten spins every time, and no FS once they start
All Dolled Up needs three FS symbols in the base game and plays the base mechanics with Wild Rattles landing more often. Four FS start Bad Omens, which guarantees one Wild Rattle per free spin and puts a 2x floor under every multiplier. Five open the hidden Playtime Is Over: two guaranteed Rattles a spin, also at 2x or more.
All three last exactly 10 spins. FS symbols cannot land inside any of them, nor during a Respin, so a bonus can never be extended or upgraded, and a grid never shows FS symbols and Wild Rattles together.

We bought All Dolled Up once, for €150.00. Its first free spin is the one in the frames above, where two 2x Rattles in an axe cluster became a 4x Colossal on the Respin and the spin paid €92.40.

With five spins to go a 2x and a 9x shared a red-bow cluster, which paid €33.00 at 11x, and the Respin merged them into an 11x Colossal. That spin also ended on €92.40, and the round finished at €221.00, 110.5x the bet for a 75x card.
Fifteen base Respins, none past the first merge
Our run was 500 paid spins at €2.00, and the balance finished €981.80 up, 198.2% of the stake returned.
That figure rests on one round. Bad Omens from spin 105 paid €1,448.80 of the €1,981.80 returned, and a few spins later the balance stood at its high, €6,422.80. The two All Dolled Up rounds, from spins 47 and 478, paid 33.9x and 42.4x, each with two or three 2x2 merges and no 3x3.
Outside the bonuses the Rattles were scarcer and smaller. 103 of the 497 base spins showed one, never more than two at a time, and 84 of the 128 we counted had no multiplier; the biggest was 8x. Only 15 base spins reached a Respin, every one stopping after its first 2x2. Those 15 still paid €194.40 of the €380.40 won in the base game, and the six best base spins were all among them. The best, 13.8x, came twice, both times from a plain Rattle merged with a 3x. Paying spins came along at 39.4%, and the longest dry patch lasted 10 spins.
Dead Cute's pair of Rattles against a bought bonus
Two of the four cards are FeatureSpins, billed spin by spin until disabled. BonusHunt FeatureSpins gives each spin five times the usual bonus chance, and Dead Cute FeatureSpins guarantees at least two Wild Rattles per spin but keeps FS symbols off the grid, so it can never lead to a bonus.
| Option | Price | At €2.00 | RTP | Volatility |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BonusHunt FeatureSpins Each spin is 5 times more likely to trigger a bonus game | 3x per spin | €6.00 | 96.36% | Very high |
| Dead Cute FeatureSpins Each spin guarantees that at least 2 Wild Rattle symbols land | 50x per spin | €100.00 | 96.28% | Very high |
| All Dolled Up 10 free spins with a bigger chance of landing Wild Rattle symbols | 75x | €150.00 | 96.33% | Medium |
| Bad Omens 10 free spins where 1 Wild Rattle symbol is guaranteed to land every spin | 250x | €500.00 | 96.35% | Very high |
Two guaranteed Rattles do not promise a Respin: they must be the same size and sit in the same win. All Dolled Up and Bad Omens are single purchases, and Playtime Is Over has no card at all. Hacksaw marks three cards Very high and only All Dolled Up Medium, although the game itself is rated 3 out of 5.

This demo plays the 96.26% version, and Hacksaw also lists 94.19%, 92.24% and 86.21% versions that a casino may choose instead, and some countries allow none of these cards. Our one purchase came back at €221.00 on a €150.00 outlay.

Summed like Get the CHEESE, merged like Red Rascal
The dolls' maths are their own on this site, but two of their ideas turn up in other reviews here.
In Get the CHEESE, also a cluster game, wild multipliers in one cluster added up in every win we logged, as here, but there each wild grows by jumping after a cascade and nothing merges.
On a line, Chaos Crew works the other way: two Cranky Cats multiply each other, so a pair of x5 cats is worth x25 where two 5x Rattles would make 10x.
Merging is closest to Red Rascal, whose Rascals respin and join into Colossal symbols too, though that game pays 19 paylines and the dolls pay clusters.
Where the Rattle rules get specific
Six points that GAME INFO and our log settle.
Does a Wild Rattle without a multiplier still count in a merge?
It merges but brings no value of its own, so a plain Rattle paired with a 3x gives a 3x Colossal.
What happens when four Wild Rattles share one win?
The Respin turns them into two separate 2x2 Colossals, each carrying the sum of its own pair. If those two then join one win, they merge into a 3x3.
Can a 1x1 Rattle merge with a 2x2 Colossal?
No. A merge needs two of the same size in one win. During the Bad Omens round from spin 105, an 8x 2x2 just moved to new squares while a 5x and a 6x merged beside it.
Can a bonus be extended?
No. With no FS symbols able to land inside the bonuses or their Respins, each one stops after 10 free spins.
What does Playtime Is Over guarantee?
Two Wild Rattles per free spin for all 10 spins, each worth 2x or more. Only five FS symbols in the base game start it, and it has no buy card.
Which symbol pays most on its own?
The red bow: 1x the bet for five, 6x for 9 or 10, 40x for 13 to 15 and 500x for sixteen or more.

Demonic Dolls lives on its Respins. Most base spins see no Rattle, and a lone one with no multiplier changes little, but each matched pair rebuilds the grid and adds its values on the way up, and that is where most of our money came from. Try a long demo session before judging it: in ours, one free spin decided the result.
