A small horned devil runs the funhouse in Red Rascal, Hacksaw Gaming's May 2026 slot on a 5x5 grid with 19 paylines. Its maker's own build opens the funhouse to anyone here, free and without registration. Three or more Rascal symbols in one spin stick and start respins, and at the end a pendulum above the grid turns them all into coins or all into Wilds. The most any round can pay is 15,000x the bet.

On the opening grid of client 1.20.3 two Rascal tiles are already showing, with the devil himself grinning at the left edge. Play money starts at €5,000.00 and the stake at €2.00, the figure behind every euro amount here.
What decides between Coin Mode and Wild Mode?
The pendulum above the grid, and nothing the player does. It starts each respin sequence on Coin or Wild at random, switches side on every respin, and the side it shows when the sequence ends is the mode that fires. Coin Mode pays each Rascal as a coin of 0.2x up to 500x the bet, with x2 to x100 on Colossal ones. Wild Mode turns them into Wilds that stay for one extra spin, and Colossal Wilds multiply the wins they join by 2x to 100x.
Three Rascals at once, then only Rascals
Rascals that land three or more at a time stick, and once the line wins are paid a respin begins. Only Rascals and non-paying Dead symbols can land now, every new Rascal sticks too, and the respins go on until one adds nothing or the grid is full. FS scatters cannot appear meanwhile.

Any 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 or 5x5 square of Rascals merges into one Colossal Rascal. Our 500 spins produced a single Colossal, a 2x2 inside a bonus.

A pendulum that flips once per respin
During respins a small horned figure with an arrow perches above the grid, a gold Coin in one gloved hand and a flaming Wild in the other, and swings to the other side on each respin.

Our log fits that rule in all 29 respin sequences. An odd number of respins that added a Rascal ended on the other side, and an even number, zero included, left the pendulum where it began.
Coins on one side, sticky Wilds on the other
Coin Mode swaps every Rascal for a coin, Bronze from 0.2x, Silver from 5x or Gold up to 500x, and gives a Colossal Coin a multiplier on top of its coin value: x2 to x100 for a 2x2.

Wild Mode turns the Rascals into Wilds and grants one more spin, with the Wilds held while paying symbols spin in around them. A Colossal Wild multiplies every line win through it by 2x to 100x.

Coin and Wild endings were far apart in our base game. Of the 25 sequences, 15 finished on Coin and paid €390.00, while the 10 that finished on Wild paid €43.60, none more than 5.4x. Lines alone brought €105.60 over 93 spins.
Riots, popcorn and a night on fire
Ready to Riot needs three FS scatters and runs 8 free spins with Rascals landing more often. Four bring After Dark, 10 spins in which Rascals from spins with fewer than three go into a Popcorn Bucket, up to 25, to be emptied onto the grid on the last spin. Five give Ignite the Night, also 10 spins, with at least four Rascals every time and the pendulum firing on each spin in place of respins. All three can be retriggered, with 2 more spins for two scatters landing together and 4 for three.
Our €160.00 purchase of Ready to Riot paid nothing for four spins. The fifth stuck nine Rascals and stopped the pendulum on Wild, and the extra spin brought €11.80. On the sixth a 2x2 Colossal Rascal became a 4x Colossal Wild worth €6.40, and the last two added €3.20.
That is 10.7x the bet, or about 13% of what the round cost.

241.9x from the session's lowest point
None of the 500 logged spins was a purchase, and each was paid at €2.00.
One spin in four paid (24%, and Hacksaw publishes no hit rate). By spin 130 the balance was down to €4,871.20, and spin 131 opened Ready to Riot. Its second free spin ended on Wild for €9.80 and its third on Coin for €56.00. The eighth began with the pendulum on Wild, gathered fourteen Rascals and finished on Coin: a 2x2 Colossal Coin carrying x15 paid €300.00, ten ordinary coins €116.40.
Without that round's win the log would have returned 61.7%. With it the balance reached €5,396.20 and eased to €5,101.00, 110.1% back. Later, on spin 471, a second bonus gained two spins and paid 38.2x, nearly all from one Coin ending worth €74.00.
Paying for Rascals by the spin
FeatureSpins account for three cards, each charged per spin until you switch it off. BonusHunt FeatureSpins (5x) makes bonuses ten times as likely, Fiery FeatureSpins at 25x guarantees three Rascals and a respin, and Frenzied Epic Drop FeatureSpins at 100x guarantees ten, both without FS scatters. The remaining pair are the 8-spin and 10-spin bonuses, and Ignite the Night cannot be bought.

| After Dark 10 free spins, Rascals that miss a Respin are saved and added at the end | 200x | €400.00 | 96.28% | Very high |
The demo we played runs at 96.34%, its cards at 96.24% to 96.32%. For casinos, Hacksaw's game page adds 94.29%, 92.26% and 86.35% versions, and buys are not allowed in some countries.

Coins from Le Bandit's ladder, lines from RIP City's grid
The coin values are the ones Le Bandit and Ze Zeus use, but here Rascals become the coins, with no squares to light first.
The 5x5 grid with 19 paylines matches RIP City and Xmas Drop, and GAME INFO draws the same 19 lines as RIP City's rules, in a different order. Red Rascal is not a Le game, and no source ties it to another title on this site.
Before the next Rascal lands
Rules first, then one count from our log.
Can the player pick Coin or Wild?
No. The starting side is random for each respin sequence and the pendulum switches on every respin. There is no button for it and no gamble anywhere in the game.
Does Wild Mode turn the whole grid wild?
No. Only Rascals and Colossal Rascals become Wilds. The other squares get one ordinary spin with those Wilds held in place.
What happens if a 5x5 Colossal Rascal forms?
GAME INFO says the 15,000x maximum is paid at once and the round ends. It needs Rascals on all 25 squares in one respin sequence.
What is the Popcorn Bucket?
After Dark's store for Rascals that land in ones and twos. It holds up to 25 and empties them onto the grid on the last free spin, where three or more start a respin.
Can Ready to Riot be retriggered?
Yes, like the other two bonuses. Our natural round from spin 471 went from 8 spins to 10.
Coin endings paid nine times what Wild endings did in our base game. The log itself was decided by one long respin sequence that finished on Coin. At volatility 4 out of 5, with nothing to steer, expect long quiet stretches between such rounds.
